AMD Phenomâ„¢ II X6 six-core processor 1045T*
8GB PC3-10600 DDR3 SDRAM
3MB L2 cache + 6MB shared L3 cache memory
1TB Serial ATA hard drive (7200 rpm)
And what GCard should I buy? I seen a GTX that was 299.99, I liked the stats but eh...

Honestly i would spend just a bit more money and go with an Intel processor. The Core I7 950 is just at $300 and is 3.06ghz.
With the Intel CPU i would get an x58 mother board. Both Asus and MSI are making a very nice board right now. reviews from overcolockersclub.com have zero negatives to say about these boards. They are : Asus Rampage III Formula $300 and the MSI Big Bang-XPower also at about $300.
With the Intel board you can go Triple channel DDR3 . DDR 3 1600 will run you around $140 for 6gb or closer to $200 for 12gb. Corsair and G.Skill are the brands i would stick with.
There is nothing wrong with having a large hard drive to store movies and music on. But to run an operating system and games i would go for a faster hard drive. Look towards the Western Digital VelociRaptor series. They are a 10,000 rpm drive with lots of cache. it's one of the main reasons i load into games so much faster than some of the others do. Pricing on the Raptor hard drives ranges depending on size, from $99.00 to $300.
I really like Nvidia cards. I have always had some sort of issue with ati cards but maybe its just been me. If your going to build a gaming system then you should buy the best video card that fits your budget as games are graphics intensive and most of your processing power with games is going to come from the graphics card. I would look towards the GTX 570 1280mb at a cost point of around $350.
The most important part of any system is the power supply. Buy a cheap power supply and it shorts or sends a voltage spike to your system and your DONE, it will fry your Mother board or the video card or your ram or the CPU.
For the above system 850 watts should be plenty with room to grow. Go with a well established power supply maker like Antec, cooler master, corsair, or Mushkin. Expect to pay $200 - $250.
Gimme an estimated budget of how much you want to spend based on what you are looking at. The above parts will run you between $1200 and $1500 depending on what direction you go. If you want Andy or myself to put it together for you thats shouldn't be a problem as either of us are competent builders and i am sure either of us would be willing to talk you through it over the phone or vent. I took everything out of my old case and installed it into my new case in about 40 minutes and that was spending some time going over wire management and hiding as many of them as i could. the real time consumer is loading your OS and then all the drivers for the board and video card and then possibly updating the drivers you just installed. Should take a couple of hours but with a NOOB like you it may take twice that long. Ha!
